🛡️ ALENA2 TEAM HIERARCHY & STAFF ROLES GUIDE
Hello Alena2 Community,
We have prepared this comprehensive guide to ensure complete institutional transparency regarding our management standards, staff hierarchy, and operational structure. The roles described below represent the overall organizational blueprint and system framework established for Alena2.
📌 NOTE ON STAFF POSITIONS & SYSTEM ROLES:
Please note that not all positions outlined in this guide are currently occupied. Our organizational hierarchy has been comprehensively defined in advance to accommodate our long-term roadmap, specialized operational areas, and upcoming team expansions. This guide clearly outlines what each role represents, its scope of authority, and which department to contact as our staff team continues to grow.
⚠️ ESSENTIAL SECURITY PRINCIPLE:
No member of the Alena2 administration will ever ask you for your account password, email credentials, security codes, or in-game items—whether in-game, on Discord, or via the forum. Please never trust anyone claiming to be staff who asks for such details, and report them immediately.
